Studies in adults with no hearing concerns

We are looking for 18-35-year-old adults with no hearing/neurological concerns. The study will entail a hearing test, recording brain waves or ear echoes in 1-3 sessions at the Waisman Center. Compensation is $10/hr.

Eligibility: No recurrent or active ear infections, no known diagnoses of neurological conditions (e.g., seizures)

Tasks: Press buttons in response to sound; Rest or watch a captioned video while brain activity is recorded using three sticker-type sensors

Eligibility: Permanent hearing loss in one or both ears, no recurrent or active ear infections, no known diagnoses of neurological conditions (e.g., seizures)
